The Initial Franchise Fee is $25,000 and will be reduced to an additional $22,500.00 for the second franchise you purchase, and to an additional $20,000.00 for each subsequent franchise you purchase after the first two franchises.

How long will it take to open my café?

After you sign a lease agreement, on average it takes two to four months before you are open for business. This allows for designing the café, permitting, for construction, training and pre grand opening marketing efforts.
